Prior to joining L&E Research, she started her career in the industry as a recruiter and has advanced in the industry working as a Project Manager, Director of Recruiting and Facility management. All with a focus on client satisfaction and retention. Kelly lives a very caffeinated life, keeping up with busy schedules and being the #1 cheerleader at her children’s events.
